In some cases, a guest may not show up for their reservation. When this happens it is important to notify us that the guest was a No Show.
- Click Bookings on the side Menu. Then select, View Bookings.
- Under Search Bookings, search for the guest using their name, booking number or email address.
- Once you have located the booking, click on the booking number to view the booking summary.
- Select Report Guest as No Show.
- Check the tick box to report your guest as a no show.
IMPORTANT : You can ONLY report a No Show within 48 hours of check-in date. If you fail to report a guest as a no show within the given time frame, the source commission will apply.
